Hi, I’m Jeremy! I’m a native of Oklahoma, growing up in Oklahoma City, Moore and Edmond. When I bought my first home in Edmond at the age of 20, I was nervous and had no clue what I was doing. I was so thankful for my agent who helped educate me throughout the process and assisted with all the different elements in buying a home.
Fast forward to today. After buying, selling and owning rentals since I was 26 years old — I learned there is A LOT that goes into a real estate transaction, and now I use that knowledge to help others. I love helping people with one of their largest financial decisions: buying property.
I know what characteristics a real estate agent should possess, and when I started my real estate career, I decided that I would provide my clients with the type of care and guidance I was given.

Terrence Finchum
Terrence grew up in the Oklahoma City area for pretty much his entire life. He is married to his High School sweetheart Brooke for over 13 years and they have two boys, Solomon and Bodie. He started full time in real estate as a listing coordinator and quickly developed into the director of operations for a team. He has gone on to sell real estate in three different states and coordinate transactions in seven states. He enjoys helping people find their dream homes and also investment properties that will change their life for memories and financial wealth.

Her duties include but are not limited to ensuring all compliance documents are fully executed, scheduling inspections and closing, keeping track of timelines per the contract, and staying in communication with all parties until closing day!
